Charlize Theron Has A New Boyfriend? She "Hooking Up" With Gabriel Aubry

Oscar-winning actress Charlize Theron has reportedly "been hooking up with Gabriel Aubry."

This is huge news, for Theron (46) has not been seen with a boyfriend since seven years ago when she broke up with actor Sean Penn.

But now things seem to have changed in her life: She is reportedly dating again...

According to US Weekly, beautiful Charlize is dating model Gabriel Aubry (45), Halle Berry's ex-partner. Aubry and Halle Beery have a 14-year-old daughter, Nahla. Berry and Aubry have split in 2010.

In turn, Charlize Theron has two adopted girls: Jackson (10 years old) and August (8 years old).

Charlize Theron Was Fine With Being Alone Too

Although Charlize Theron and Gabriel Aubry have known each other for a long time, an insider told US Weekly that their relationship "is nothing serious" for the time being.

"They’re very casual and enjoying each other," said the source, who also added, "it's nothing serious."

The actress has not been seen with a boyfriend since July 2015, when she broke up with Sean Penn after a relationship that lasted a year and a half. Being alone didn't seem to be a problem for the beautiful actress.

Charlize Theron has said she is pretty much happy with how her life is and wants a partner who will only add to that.

"I mean, I’m open when friends of mine are like, ‘You should go on a date,’ [or] ‘You should meet this guy,’" Charlize said on The Drew Barrymore Show in 2020, according to Metropolitan.

"But I feel like I’m in a place in my life where you’ve gotta come with a lot of game… The kind of game that’s like—my life is really good, so you better be able to bring that and maybe better. Because I just won’t accept anything less," Theron added.

Who Is Gabriel Aubry?

Born in 1976, Canadian supermodel Aubry was discovered during his 20s while partying in a nightclub during a ski trip to Quebec, per The Famous People. Tall and attractive he soon developed a fulminant career in modeling. He has walked the runways for DKNY, Versace, Valentino, and Hugo Boss.

In the early 2010s, he became one of the best paid male models globally, earning US$30,000 a day and millions per year, according to Today.

In 2006, he opened a Cuban-inspired eatery, Café Fuego. He is also interested in music and loves playing the guitar. In 2008, he released an album named after his restaurant, "Café Fuego Volume 1", with Latin and Cuban roots.

In 2005 he started a relationship with Halle Berry. They welcomed daughter Nahla in 2008 but, in 2010, their relationship ended in chaos with a messy custody battle over their daughter.

Aubry briefly dated Kim Kardashian in late 2010. The romance lasted only a couple of weeks, possibly because Berry "didn’t want a reality star in her daughter’s life", according to People.

Last year, Aubry was rumored to have had a summer fling with Jennifer Aniston but the two never confirmed their relationship.
