Vintage Russian enamel box hallmarked inside. Multicolored enamel gilt silver box made by Izo Department of Visual Plastic Arts in Russia. Department of Visual [Plastic] Arts (IZO) was established in Petrograd on 29 January 1918 as part of a cultural organization founded in Russia in November 1917 shortly after the October Revolution, replacing the former Ministry of Culture.
