Payment

Only New York state residents are subject to New York State sales tax. The tax rate is based on your county of residence. New York City residents will incur a 8.875% sales tax. Customers purchasing items to be sent out of New York state are responsible for use tax in their state or country of residence. We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover, PayPal and bank transfers.

We Do Not 

Accept personal checks, cashiers checks or bank checks, money orders or Western Union.

International  Payment Policy 

We accept bank transfers in US dollars and PayPal for International orders. We must ship to the address registered on your PayPal account and you must be a verified user. If the address provided is not the same as the address on your PayPal account we will not be able to ship to you using this payment method.

Bank Transfer

We are able to ship to any address provided as long as we are able to ship the items fully insured. Not all locations have shipping available. Each country has a specific insurance limit so please contact us if you would like a package shipped Internationally and we will determine if it's possible.

 

Free Domestic Shipping on all Orders 

At DSF Antique Jewelry, LLC we offer free FedEx or USPS 2nd or 3rd day shipping on all orders under $10,000 and free FedEx Priority overnight shipping on purchases over $10,000. All shipments are insured for the full value of the package and require a signature upon delivery. Since a signature is required, we always contact you prior to shipping to confirm that you will be available to receive the package. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information so you can track your package.

Please note that we are only able to ship to the billing address listed on your credit card. Please contact us with any questions using the contact form.

International Shipping

We ship almost all International packages via FedEx International Priority. There is a flat rate of $110 for all International shipments. Shipping charges will apply to all international purchases. We are not able to ship to all locations due to limitations on insurance value and customs procedures. On international orders, the customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes and/or tariffs that might incur. All packages shipped by DSF Antique Jewelry are fully insured for their purchased price. All merchandise returned to us because of non-deliverability will be credited back to you minus transaction costs–credit card or bank fees–and the cost of shipping and handling.

Return Policy 

All items purchased from DSF Antique Jewelry, LLC can be returned for a full refund, minus shipping cost and a $50 restocking fee, within 7 days of receipt. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged or altered. Customers must ensure that the returned items are properly and safely packed in double boxes to avoid damage to the contents. Please package the items securely so it does not move around inside the box. The items must be returned to us in exactly the same condition in which it was provided, to receive a full refund. International customers are responsible for insured returned shipments, as well as all duties/taxes/tariffs that DSF Antique Jewelry, LLC might incur by receiving the returned items.

Instructions for Damaged Packages

Do not accept packages that are damaged. We will receive the damaged package back and if the product is damaged you will receive a full refund. If the product is not damaged we will reship to you.

Instructions for Internet Return-Free Insured Returned Shipping

Please contact us using the content form to arrange for your return. We will email you a prepaid label for you to return your purchase. Please package the jewelry securely so it does not move around in transit. Use a medium box if available and tape the outer flaps of the box for security purposes. When dropping off the return, you must obtain a receipt. Once the item is received, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund, less any sizing charges if applicable, within 3 days of receipt.
