Dr. Masaru Emoto Highlights The Link Between Consciousness And Matter
Masaru Emoto's research shows that thoughts, words, and music affect the molecular structure of water. The Japanese researcher, one of the most renowned, provides concrete evidence through photography. He freezes drops of water, then examines them under a microscope.
"In 1994 I came up with the idea of freezing water and observing it under a microscope. With this method, I was convinced that I should see something like snow crystals. After two months of trial and error, this idea paid off. Beautiful glowing hexagonal crystals were created from the invisible world.
My lab staff and I got sucked into them and started doing more research. At first, we eagerly observed crystals of tap water, river water, and lake water.
In tap water, we couldn't observe beautiful crystals. Nor could I observe them in rivers and lakes near large cities. However, in the water in rivers and lakes, which is still quite clean, I could observe beautiful crystals, each with its own uniqueness," Masaru Emoto writes on his website.
Masaru Emoto's Mind-Blowing Water Experiments
After comparing photos showing the differences between crystals formed by clean and polluted water, Masaru Emoto explored the effects of classical and heavy metal music on water molecules and discovered undeniable differences in crystal geometry.Next, the researcher began to examine how thoughts and words affect the formation of water crystals.
In one experiment he wrote various words on a sheet of paper, which he stuck to the water container and left overnight. On examination, he found that on the container on which the words "Thank you" or "Love and Appreciation" were pasted the water crystals were very beautiful and had harmonious shapes, while on the one on which the words "You make me sick. I'm going to kill you" appeared totally disharmonious and dark.
The Healing Power Of Spiritual People
In another experiment, Masaru Emoto took a container of highly polluted and toxic water from the Fujiwara reservoir. It showed disharmonious shapes, but after a monk blessed the water and said prayers in front of it, the crystals became extremely beautiful and harmonious. It seems that prayer guided by the monk's mental intention had the ability to transform and treat the severely polluted water.
"The result was that I always noticed beautiful crystals after good words, good music, and prayer were used. On the other hand, I have noticed disfigured crystals in the opposite situation. Moreover, I did not observe identical crystals," said the Japanese researcher.
Masaru Emoto's Famous Rice Experiment
The rice experiment is another famous demonstration by Emoto of the power of negative and positive thoughts. The researcher put rice in three different containers and covered it with water.
For 30 days one container was told "thank you" every day, another "you're an idiot" and the third was ignored.
After a month, the rice in the container that was thanked began to ferment, giving off a strong, pleasant aroma. The one in the second container turned black and the one that was ignored began to spoil.
In the context of the human body being over 70% water, and our thoughts and words having such a strong effect on water, perhaps we should be a little more careful how we use them.
