DSF Antique Jewelry, LLC specializes in antique jewelry, vintage jewelry, signed designer jewelry, fine jewelry, luxury watches, and rare collectible pieces. We carefully select items for authenticity, quality, condition, craftsmanship, and collector interest.

Although we may limit the sale of our merchandise to any person, country, or area, we are not bound to do so. Each transaction will be handled individually. We may change descriptions and pricing without advance notice, and we may withdraw any item at any time. Business on this Site is void where prohibited.

DSF content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content. In particular, you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of DSF and the copyright owner. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of DSF or our licensors except as expressly authorized by these Terms.

Ring Sizing

Certain rings may be resized upon request. Please refer to each ring’s description or contact us to confirm whether sizing is possible for a specific piece. Additional sizing charges may apply. Rings that are resized, altered, or specially modified at the customer’s request are final sale and cannot be returned.

Payment

Only New York State residents are subject to New York State sales tax. The tax rate is based on your county of residence. New York City residents will incur an 8.875% sales tax. Customers purchasing items to be sent outside New York State are responsible for any applicable use tax in their state or country of residence. We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, as well as PayPal and bank transfers.

We do not accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, bank checks, money orders, or Western Union.

International Payment Policy

We accept bank transfers in U.S. dollars and PayPal for international orders. We must ship to the address registered on your PayPal account, and you must be a verified user. If the address provided is not the same as the address on your PayPal account, we will not be able to ship to you using this payment method.

International Users

The Service is controlled, operated, and administered by DSF from our office within the United States. If you access the Service from a location outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. You agree that you will not use DSF content accessed through dsfantiquejewelry.com in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions, or regulations.

Bank Transfer

We are able to ship to any address provided, as long as we are able to ship the items fully insured. Not all locations have shipping available. Each country has a specific insurance limit, so please contact us if you would like a package shipped internationally, and we will determine whether shipment is possible.

Free Domestic Shipping on All Orders

At DSF Antique Jewelry, LLC, we offer free FedEx or USPS 2nd or 3rd day shipping on all domestic orders under $10,000 and free FedEx Priority overnight shipping on domestic purchases over $10,000. All shipments are insured for the full value of the package and require a signature upon delivery. Since a signature is required, we always contact you prior to shipping to confirm that you will be available to receive the package. Once the item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can track your package.

Please note that we are only able to ship to the billing address listed on your credit card. Please contact us with any questions using the contact form.

International Shipping

We ship most international packages via FedEx International. Shipping charges apply to all international purchases. We are not able to ship to all locations due to limitations on insurance value and customs procedures. On international orders, the customer is responsible for all additional duties, taxes, tariffs, or related charges that may be incurred. All packages shipped by DSF Antique Jewelry are fully insured for their purchase price. All merchandise returned to us because of non-deliverability will be credited back to you minus transaction costs, including credit card or bank fees, and the cost of shipping and handling.

Return Policy

All items that have not been altered can be returned within 32 days of receipt. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered, resized, worn, or otherwise changed. Packages returned after 32 days from receipt will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued. DSF Antique Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any returns.

Customers must ensure that returned items are properly and safely packed in double boxes to avoid damage to the contents. Please package each item securely so it does not move around inside the box. Items must be returned to us in exactly the same condition in which they were provided in order to receive a refund. International customers are responsible for insured return shipments, as well as any duties, taxes, tariffs, or related charges that DSF Antique Jewelry, LLC may incur by receiving the returned items.

Instructions for Returned Items

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us using the contact form to arrange your return. Please package the jewelry securely so it does not move around in transit. Use a box and tape the outer flaps of the box for security purposes. When dropping off the return, you must obtain a receipt. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days, provided the item is returned in eligible, unaltered condition. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DSF, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement, your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations. DSF reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with DSF in asserting any available defenses.

Limited Guarantee

We guarantee the authenticity of the items we sell, including the period, maker, attribution, materials, and condition as described in each product listing to the best of our knowledge and research. Antique, vintage, and estate jewelry may show signs of age or prior use, which are considered normal and consistent with the nature of such pieces unless otherwise stated in the item description.

Liability Disclaimer

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION HEREIN. DSF ANTIQUE JEWELRY, LLC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES TO THE SITE AT ANY TIME.

Purchasing, Selling, and Attributed Items

Please note that DSF Antique Jewelry does not buy accessories, objects, or jewelry from the public.

Regarding unsigned items, please note that DSF Antique Jewelry conducts research to verify attributions to specific designers, makers, or fashion houses when such attribution is stated. Attributed items are sold based on our research, experience, and the description provided in the listing. Buyers should review all descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Due to shipping restrictions, we cannot ship perfume, exotic-skin items, ebony, or coral jewelry internationally.

Brand Disclaimer

The brands sold on the DSF Antique Jewelry website are not affiliated with DSF Antique Jewelry, LLC unless expressly stated. All trademarks, service marks, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

Termination / Access Restriction

DSF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and related services, or any portion thereof, at any time and without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in New York in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these Terms, including, without limitation, this section.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and DSF as a result of this agreement or use of the Site.
