Return Policy

All items that have not been altered can be returned within 32 days of receipt. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered, resized, worn, or otherwise changed. Packages returned after 32 days from receipt will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued. DSF Antique Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any returns.

Customers must ensure that returned items are properly and safely packed in double boxes to avoid damage to the contents. Please package each item securely so it does not move around inside the box. Items must be returned to us in exactly the same condition in which they were provided in order to receive a refund. International customers are responsible for insured return shipments, as well as any duties, taxes, tariffs, or related charges that DSF Antique Jewelry, LLC may incur by receiving the returned items.

Instructions for Returned Items

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us using the contact form to arrange your return. Please package the jewelry securely so it does not move around in transit. Use a box and tape the outer flaps of the box for security purposes. When dropping off the return, you must obtain a receipt. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days, provided the item is returned in eligible, unaltered condition.
