Return Policy

All items that have not been altered can be returned within 32 days of receipt. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as was sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged or altered. Packages that are returned after 32 days of receipt will not be accepted and the return won't be issued. DSF Antique Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any returns.

Customers must ensure that the returned items are properly and safely packed in double boxes to avoid damage to the contents. Please package the items securely so it does not move around inside the box. The items must be returned to us in exactly the same condition in which it was provided, to receive a refund. International customers are responsible for insured returned shipments, as well as all duties/taxes/tariffs that DSF Antique Jewelry, LLC might incur by receiving the returned items. 

Instructions for Returned Items

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us using the content form to arrange for your return. Please package the jewelry securely so it does not move around in transit. Use a box and tape the outer flaps of the box for security purposes. When dropping off the return, you must obtain a receipt. Once the item is received, we will check the condition of the item and issue a refund, within 3 days of receipt. If you have any questions regarding these procedures please contact us.
