The HBO-produced series "Succession" was named the best drama series at the 74th Emmy Awards held at the Microsoft Theatre in Los Angeles.

Apple TV+'s "Ted Lasso" was named Best Comedy Series for the second time.

HBO/HBO Max has won 38 Emmy Awards in total, doubling its 19 wins since 2021. Netflix came in second with 26.

"The White Lotus" (10 trophies), "Euphoria" and "Squid Game" each received six statuettes.

Zendaya, Jean Smart, Quinta Brunson, Amanda Seyfried, Julia Garner, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Jerrod Carmichael, Jason Sudeikis, Lee Jung-Jae, and Michael Keaton are among this year's winners, while "Succession," "Ted Lasso" and "The White Lotus" claimed their top Emmy awards Monday night, according to News.

This year, HBO's "Succession" and Apple TV+'s "Ted Lasso" earned the most nominations (25 and 20 nominations, respectively), while Netflix's "Squid Game" has already made history as the first non-English language show to compete in the Best Drama category at the Emmy Awards 2022.

The Emmy trophy for Best Lead Actor in a Miniseries or TV Movie was awarded to Michael Keaton for "Dopesick" (Hulu) and Murray Bartlett was awarded for Best Supporting Actor in the same category for his role in "The White Lotus" (HBO) represents the first Emmys for both actors.

Matthew Macfadyen received the award for his supporting role as Tom Wambsgans in the hit HBO drama "Succession," for which he was previously nominated in 2020 but did not win.
Then, Julia Garner picked up the award for her supporting role in the final season of Netflix's "Ozark," in which she played Ruth Langmore, her third Emmy for the role.

Actress Sheryl Lee Ralph of "Abbott Elementary" made history at the Emmy Awards 2022 as the second black actor to win in the Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series category, after Jackee Harry for "227" in 1987. For Best Actor in a Comedy Series, Brett Goldstein of "Ted Lasso" won for the second year in a row.

Amanda Seyfried won the trophy for Best Lead Actress in a Miniseries for her portrayal of Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes in Hulu's "The Dropout," and Jennifer Coolidge of "The White Lotus" for Best Supporting Actress in a Miniseries.

Zendaya from "Euphoria" (HBO) made history again at the Emmy Awards 2022, becoming the youngest two-time winner in the lead actress in a drama series category.

"Squid Game" star Lee Jung-Jae made Emmy history as the first foreign-language actor to win in the lead actor in a drama series category and the first-ever nominee.

Amazon Prime Video's "Lizzo's Watch Out for the Big Grrrls" competition show won the category, beating out "RuPaul's Drag Race" which has four consecutive trophies.

Kenan Thompson, the longest-serving cast member of "Saturday Night Live," hosted the Emmy Awards 2022 special event.
