Singer Jennifer Lopez and actor Ben Affleck got married in Las Vegas, as their love story rekindled after 20 years.
"We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient", Jennifer Lopez wrote on her website.
"We are so grateful to have that in abundance, a new wonderful family of five amazing children and a life that we have never had more reason to look forward to", she added.
The Clark County Clerk's Office in Nevada - where Las Vegas is located - shows on its record system that Jennifer Lopez will change her name to Jennifer Affleck.
Writing on her OntheJLo website, the famous singer said that she and Ben Affleck had flown to Las Vegas on Saturday and queued for a marriage license alongside four other couples.

"Last night we flew to Vegas, stood in line for a license with four other couples, all making the same journey to the wedding capital of the world", Jennifer Lopez said.
The post was then signed off: "With love, Mrs. Jennifer Lynn Affleck".
The marriage ceremony took place at twelve-thirty in the morning in the tunnel of love drive through and the two mega stars were accompanied by their children from previous relationships
The couple then read their vows in front of "the best witnesses you could ever imagine" wearing "a dress from an old movie and a jacket from Ben’s closet".
The morning after their nuptials, the bride shared a selfie in bed wearing her new wedding ring.

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck met in 2002 during the filming of "Gigli" and the paparazzi watched the relationship between the two Hollywood stars very closely. They were supposed to marry 20 years ago but finally decided not to due to "excessive media attention".
This is Lopez's fourth marriage. Jennifer Lopez has already been married three times. She was married to Ojani Noa from 1997 to 1998, Cris Judd from 2001 to 2003, and Marc Anthony. She has twins with Marc Anthony.
She was also engaged to Alex Rodriguez in 2019.
Jennifer Lopez noted in January 2021 that part of her journey toward getting to know herself involved reflecting on her past romances.
"I remember when I was going through therapy at the beginning, you know, kind of in my late 30s and there was a lot of talk about loving yourself and I was like, ‘I love myself,’" she recalled on Coach Conversations.
"But obviously, I was doing all these things in, like, my personal relationships that didn’t seem like I was loving myself, but I didn’t even understand the concept of it. It took time and it’s a journey and it’s still a journey for me."
