Sylvester Stallone's wife said in divorce papers, "The marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken."

In an Instagram shot, Jennifer Flavin, who is 22 years younger than her 76-year-old husband, is seen hugging her three daughters.

She asserts in divorce papers obtained by DailyMail.com that Stallone "engaged in the willful dissipation, depletion, and/or waste of marital assets, which had a negative economic impact on the marital estate."
"Further, the husband should be prohibited from selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering or dissipating any assets during the trial."
Jennifer wants to go back to using her maiden name, Flavin, after adopting her husband's last name.
Sylvester Stallone gained attention recently after covering a tattoo on his arm with his wife. Instead, he chose to have a tattoo of Butkus, his dog, who acted alongside him in the movie Rocky.
A Stallone spokeswoman told the Daily Mail that the tattoo cover-up had nothing to do with his divorce from his wife.
However, the actor said he didn't break up with his wife over something "as trivial" as a dog's face.
"We went in different directions. I have the utmost respect for Jennifer. I will always love her. She's an amazing woman. She's the nicest human being I've ever met," Sylvester Stallone told TMZ.
