Jennifer Flavin filed for divorce as early as August 19 in Palm Beach County, Florida, and Sylvester Stallone has already stashed his marital assets.

She asserts in divorce papers obtained by DailyMail.com that Stallone "engaged in the willful dissipation, depletion, and/or waste of marital assets, which had a negative economic impact on the marital estate."
"Further, the husband should be prohibited from selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering or dissipating any assets during the trial."
Jennifer wants to go back to using her maiden name, Flavin, after adopting her husband's last name.
