It was an engagement ring. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have gotten engaged for a second time a representative for Lopez confirmed to CNN Saturday.
The engagement ring features two smaller diamonds on each side of a large green diamond in the middle. Green is a special color for JLo.

"Maybe you can remember a certain green dress," she wrote, likely referring to the iconic Versace dress she wore to the Grammy Awards in 2000 that catapulted her to superstardom.
"I’ve realized there are many moments in my life where amazing things happened when I was wearing green. It may be a coincidence, maybe not. But as I took a better look, I realized there are no coincidences."
Lopez and Affleck, 49, sparked rumors about a possible engagement earlier this week when she was photographed wearing a ring on her wedding finger while shopping in LA.
Insiders close to Ben Affleck recently told Page Six they wouldn’t be shocked if he had proposed again.
"I’ve realized there are many moments in my life where amazing things happened when I was wearing green. It may be a coincidence, maybe not. But as I took a better look, I realized there are no coincidences."

The two stars started dating in 2002 and were quickly dubbed "Bennifer" by fans and the media alike. By November of that year, Affleck proposed to Lopez with a 6.1-carat pink diamond by Harry Winston. He spent $3.36 million on that engagement ring to show his love to J. Lo.
The massive attention from the media led to the couple postponing and eventually canceling their 2003 nuptials.
"Due to the excessive media attention surrounding our wedding, we have decided to postpone the date," the couple said in a joint statement. "When we found ourselves seriously contemplating hiring three separate ‘decoy brides’ at three different locations, we realized that something was awry."
"We began to feel that the spirit of what should have been the happiest day of our lives could be compromised. We felt what should have been a joyful and sacred day could be spoiled for us, our families, and our friends," they said to their fans.
Jenifer Lopez called off the engagement in early 2004 and married singer Marc Anthony by June of the same year. They had two kids, twins Max and Emme in 2008.
Ben Affleck moved on and in 2005 married actress Jennifer Garner who gave him three children: daughters Violet and Seraphina, and son Samuel.
Both marriages ended in divorce but the two stars did not become a couple immediately. Lopez had a romance with Alex Rodriguez in 2017 while Affleck was linked to a number of women, including Knives Out star Ana De Armas until their January 2021 split.
Shortly after Lopez broke up with A-Rod, she and Affleck made a couple again. They bought a $66m Bel-Air mansion to be their new home.
