Kathy Hilton Unveils Her Jewelry Line Inspired By Elizabeth Taylor

Kathy Hilton has unveiled a new jewelry line in collaboration with jeweler Anna Zuckerman, drawing inspiration from her late friend and renowned diamond enthusiast, Elizabeth Taylor.

The 65-year-old ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star highlighted the Getty Diamond Crystalline Statement Necklace ($2,875) as a piece that particularly reminds her of Taylor, who passed away in March 2011 at the age of 79.

A self-proclaimed “jewelry lover,” Hilton also drew from her personal collection for the 50-piece Kathy Hilton x Anna Zuckerman collaboration, ensuring the price tags are far more accessible than those found in either Taylor's or Hilton’s own wardrobes.

“The main sense of inspiration would be pieces that I have because I can talk about them”, Hilton explained to Page Six Style, noting that many of her cherished pieces from Harry Winston, Tiffany & Co., and Cartier were gifts from her husband, Rick Hilton.

Years ago, Kathy stored these sentimental items in a Los Angeles bank for safekeeping. However, she retrieved them to help Zuckerman replicate the luxurious look of her own jewels.

Kathy’s Collection

Kathy’s collection with Zuckerman ranges from $125 to $3,000, providing plenty of style and sparkle without the hefty price tag.

Zuckerman’s designs utilize diamond crystalline along with repurposed lab-grown diamonds and gem materials set in precious metals, aiming to reduce costs and extend the lifespan of her pieces.

During Oscars weekend in March, Kathy wore several pieces from her collection, paired with a designer gown. She proudly noted that “no one could even tell” her jewelry didn’t cost tens of thousands of dollars.

Some of Kathy’s favorite items from the collection include the Soleil D’Or Canary Yellow Necklace ($1,125), the Worth Avenue Statement Necklace ($2,165), and the Angel Wings Crystalline Earrings ($255).

This year, Hilton is bringing a whole new meaning to the diamonds of “RHOBH”.

Hilton and Zuckerman have teamed up for a capsule collection launching on May 30. Hilton has welcomed Zuckerman into her Los Angeles circle, introducing her brand to friends and showcasing her pieces around town. In return, Zuckerman has been sharing her expertise.

“I actually reached out to Anna two years ago”, Hilton explained. “I wasn’t sure if [the jewelry] was real if it wasn’t. At that point I had put all my jewelry in the bank”.

They exchanged messages and eventually met in person through a mutual friend. “We started talking,” Hilton continued about Zuckerman. “And, you know, this has always been a dream of mine to be able to do something like this”, she said.

While collaborating with Zuckerman, Hilton drew inspiration from her personal collection of jewelry, which includes gifts from her husband, Rick Hilton, as well as from her mother and mother-in-law. She even invited Zuckerman on a trip to the bank to view these cherished pieces.

“Some of them had been made for me”, she said. “My husband had bought me a bracelet that he and the girls designed before the boys were born. So, we did exactly a replica of that”.

There are butterfly motifs as an ode to her daughter Paris and feather earrings influenced by a pendant belonging to Nicky Rothschild. “Feathers are good luck,” Hilton added.
