Will Smith Might Be Forced To Return The Oscar After Smacking Chris Rock
Will Smith could be forced to hand over the Oscar he won for his performance in King Richard. This comes after the famous actor slapped Chris Rock on the stage.
"Keep my wife's name out of your f*****g mouth", Will Smith shouted to Chris Rock after he slapped him at the Oscars for joking about his wife's alopecia.
Interestingly, Will Smith laughed at Chris Rock's joke, but when he noticed that his wife didn't like the joke about the alopecia that made her suffer so much, he reacted by hitting his colleague.
One highly placed Hollywood source told The Post after the incident: "It’s basically an assault. Everyone was just so shocked in the room, it was so uncomfortable."
"I think Will would not want to give his Oscar back, but who knows what will happen now," the insider said.
"The Academy does not condone violence of any form. Tonight we are delighted to celebrate our 94th Academy Awards winners, who deserve this moment of recognition from their peers and movie lovers around the world," was the official statement on Twitter.

Smith then rushed to the stage, and hit Rock before returning to his seat and shouting: "Keep my wife's name out of your [expletive] mouth."
He later apologized to the Academy. In a tearful acceptance speech for best actor, he also said he wanted to apologize to all his fellow nominees. But he did not apologize to Rock.
