FaceTime, Video, and Phone Consultations

For clients who are not able to visit us in person, DSF Antique Jewelry can also assist remotely. We may arrange a FaceTime or video consultation to show a piece more closely, review details in real time, and answer questions before purchase.

Remote consultations may include close-up views of hallmarks, signatures, gemstones, clasps, backs, and construction details. We can also provide additional photos and videos by email when helpful.

Phone consultations are also available for clients who prefer to discuss a piece, ask questions, or receive guidance before making a decision.
