DSF Antique Jewelry, LLC is an e-commerce site specializing in antique, vintage, signed designer, fine jewelry, luxury watches, and rare collectible pieces. We carefully select items for authenticity, quality, condition, craftsmanship, and collector interest.

Ring Sizing

Certain rings may be resized upon request. Please refer to each ring’s description or contact us to confirm whether sizing is possible for a specific piece. Additional sizing charges may apply. Rings that are resized, altered, or specially modified at the customer’s request are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Policy

All items that have not been altered can be returned within 32 days of receipt. All returned jewelry items must be in the same condition as sent to you. No jewelry will be accepted for return if it is damaged, altered, resized, worn, or otherwise changed. Packages returned after 32 days from receipt will not be accepted, and a refund will not be issued. DSF Antique Jewelry reserves the right to refuse any returns.

Customers must ensure that returned items are properly and safely packed in double boxes to avoid damage to the contents. Please package each item securely so it does not move around inside the box. Items must be returned to us in exactly the same condition in which they were provided in order to receive a refund. International customers are responsible for insured return shipments, as well as any duties, taxes, tariffs, or related charges that DSF Antique Jewelry, LLC may incur by receiving the returned items.

Instructions for Returned Items

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us using the contact form to arrange your return. Please package the jewelry securely so it does not move around in transit. Use a box and tape the outer flaps of the box for security purposes. When dropping off the return, you must obtain a receipt. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 3 business days, provided the item is returned in eligible, unaltered condition. Limited Guarantee

We guarantee the authenticity of the items we sell, including the period, maker, attribution, materials, and condition as described in each product listing to the best of our knowledge and research. Antique, vintage, and estate jewelry may show signs of age or prior use, which are considered normal and consistent with the nature of such pieces unless otherwise stated in the item description.

Unsigned and Attributed Items

Regarding unsigned items, please note that DSF Antique Jewelry conducts research to verify attributions to specific designers, makers, or fashion houses when such attribution is stated. Attributed items are sold based on our research, experience, and the description provided in the listing. Buyers should review all descriptions carefully before purchasing.
